Refund policy

•Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.


•We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.


•Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
•We will consider exchange only within 7 days of your purchase date.
•No Exchanges On White/ Cream Clothing 
•Customer is responsible for shipping cost on exchanged packages.

Once Mane Thyng Co has received the returned item and determined that it's in original condition, we will issue out store credit to the customer email.

Refund Policy
Currently we only offer store credit and exchanges for certain items. (SALE items not included) We thoroughly check each item before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition.
